This policy explains the data Strategym collects to operate its website, SMS consent forms, onboarding, customer follow-up automation, billing, messaging, and support.
Information we collect
We collect information submitted through public forms (including the SMS consent form at https://www.strategym.ai/sms-consent), onboarding, imports, customer accounts, support requests, payment workflows, and application usage. Customer contact data is used to provide the Strategym service.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, configure customer workspaces, send approved operational messages, process billing, secure accounts, support customers, and improve product reliability.
Marketing analytics
Public-site analytics are designed not to include private customer data, imported customer lists, message contents, or tenant-specific records.
Service providers
Strategym may use infrastructure, database, payment, email, messaging, and analytics providers to operate the service. These providers are used to deliver the service, not to sell or share mobile opt-in information for marketing. Secrets are kept server-side and are not intentionally exposed in browser bundles.
Mobile information and SMS consent
Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent records are used only to provide service-related messaging, customer follow-up, onboarding updates, missed-call text-back, review requests, estimate follow-up, referral requests, repeat-service reminders, and support. We do not share, sell, rent, or provide your mobile phone number, mobile information, or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
SMS messaging disclosures
If you opt in to receive SMS messages from Strategym, message frequency varies based on your request, onboarding status, service relationship, and account settings. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Full SMS terms are available at https://www.strategym.ai/sms-terms.
Opt-out and suppression
When a recipient opts out of SMS messaging, Strategym records that preference and suppresses future messaging where required. Suppression records are used to honor opt-out requests and reduce unwanted communication.

Customers and message recipients may contact Strategym at support@strategym.ai for access, correction, export, or deletion requests, subject to legal, security, billing, and abuse-prevention requirements.
